I offer a full range of healthy snacks and meals

Healthy Snacks include

Apples, Bananas, Grapes, Kiwi, Mango, Pears, Raspberries, Strawberries, Oranges, Peaches. Carrot sticks, Cherry tomatoes, Cucumber, Raisins, Sultanas, Toast, Bread sticks, Cheesy biscuits, Crackers, Cheese sticks.

Drinks - Available all day

Water, Milk Blackcurrant squash, Apple juice, Orange juice, Pineapple juice

Lunches

Sandwiches; cheese, ham, egg mayo, tuna mayo, Jam, Marmite. (Salad offered)

On Toast; Beans, egg, spaghetti, cheese,

Soup; Tomato, Chicken. Served with bread and butter or roll.

Cooked lunches

Cooked lunches are available if requested; some examples of menus:

(I often serve a cooked lunch in the winter)

Cottage pie with seasonal vegetables

Sausages or fish fingers; served with mash potato and either beans, peas, or spaghetti

Spaghetti Bolognaise served with garlic bread

Fish pie served with broccoli and peas

Chicken Casserole served with mash potatoes

Roast chicken with potatoes and vegetables

Desserts

Yogurt, Fruit, Jelly, Custard, Rice Pudding, Fruit and custard (apple, mango, strawberries, rhubarb)
